- Payment terms are stated on invoices or contracts and must be honored to avoid service interruptions.

- Recurring services are billed automatically on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise stated.

- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

- Recurring service packages may be canceled with 14 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

- Refunds are not offered for completed services or unused time on retainer-based plans.

- Deposits or initial payments for one-time projects are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

All content, strategies, and marketing assets produced by Velvet Velour remain our intellectual property until

full payment has been received. Upon completion and full payment, applicable rights may be transferred as

outlined in your service agreement.

Clients agree to:

- Provide timely feedback and access to assets needed for project completion.

- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Velvet Velour.

- Refrain from misusing or misrepresenting Velvet Velour work.

We reserve the right to modify services or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with

a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.

Velvet Velour is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our

services or website. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or business performance improvements unless

explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our

services shall be settled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
